What Is This Project?

This is a fanzine for sandwiches, inspired by the Bread Zine and the Egg Zine!It's going to be a FREE, digital, safe for work zine celebrating sandwiches from all over the world and your love for them.We are looking for art, writing, digital merch, and even cosplay (if you want to cosplay a sandwich!)What kind of art you ask? All kinds as long as they are celebrating sandwich. So people enjoying a sandwich at a cafe? Rad. Character in a sandwich patterned skirt? Cool. Sandwich floating in space? Sweet. Etc.The same goes for writing! Essays, stories, recipes, all are welcome!

Then when applications close, we send you an email with an invite to the discord server we are using to organize the project.Rules of the Project
Everyone can contribute a MAX of two pieces.
That means 2 art pieces, or 2 writing pieces, or 1 art and one fic, or 1 art and 1 merch, etc.For writers, you have a MAX of 2000 words for each piece.We will release this zine on January 1st, 2023.

What is a sandwich?

This is the question of the ages. Experts have written think pieces, articles and attempted to scientifically define the concept of sandwich.
We have decided a sandwich is at least two ingredients surrounded on at least two sides by a bread product.This includes traditional sandwiches, wraps, burritos, gyros, and many more!
